Online Therapy in Georgia
Online Therapy in Woodstock
Woodstock has grown quickly, but it still feels like a place where people know their neighbors. Sometimes that makes it harder to walk into a local therapist's office. Online therapy offers a little more privacy.
Online Therapy in Georgia
Privacy and Ease
With telehealth there is no parking lot where someone might recognize your car and no waiting room. You meet from a private space of your choosing, and the rest of your day stays your own.
For many people in Cherokee County, it also means access to a wider choice of therapists than the ones within driving distance.
What We Might Work On
You may be dealing with anxiety or burnout, a relationship that keeps circling the same painful places, or a season of change like children growing up or a career shift. You may simply feel disconnected from yourself and not know why.
My approach is warm, grounded, and growth-focused. We work with your patterns, your body, and the questions you are asking about how to live.
