How I Work
The Approaches I Draw On
The method serves the person, rather than asking the person to fit one method.
My training is in humanistic and transpersonal psychology, and my work blends mindfulness, body awareness, and a bigger-picture view of what it means to grow as an adult. These pages explain each approach for someone who has never heard the term, and how it tends to show up in our sessions.
