Online Therapy in Georgia
Online Therapy in Sandy Springs
Sandy Springs sits between the Chattahoochee and the busy corridor of GA-400. For many people who live and work here, the day is full before it starts. Therapy can meet you where you already are.
Online Therapy in Georgia
Fitting Therapy Into a Full Week
Online sessions mean you do not have to leave the office early or cross the Perimeter to reach an appointment. You can meet from home, or from a private room at work, and still have time to come back to yourself before the next thing.
Virtual care still deserves protected space. I encourage people to choose a spot where they are unlikely to be interrupted, and to give themselves a few minutes after the session before moving on.
What Brings People to Therapy
Many of the people I work with look composed from the outside. Inside, they feel anxious, stretched thin, or unsure what they actually want anymore. Some are navigating a transition, like a changing marriage, an empty nest, or a career that no longer fits.
I practice from a growth model rather than a medical one. You are not a problem to be fixed. We work together to understand your patterns and help you live more authentically.
Practical Details
Therapy is held online, so you can join from home, a parked car, or any private space in Sandy Springs or anywhere else in Georgia. You need to be physically in Georgia during our sessions. Sessions are 55 minutes and $200. Limited sliding scale options are available, and I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
You can start with a free 15-minute Connection Call. It is a chance to ask questions and notice whether talking with me feels right, with no commitment.
