Online Therapy in Georgia
Online Therapy in Newnan
Newnan's historic courthouse square has seen a lot of change over the years while keeping its character. Therapy can help you do the same: change what needs to change and stay recognizably yourself.
Online Therapy in Georgia
Close to Home
I practice fully online, so you can work with me from Newnan or anywhere in Coweta County without driving up I-85. You meet from a private space of your choosing, and your day stays your own.
Many people find that meeting from home helps them settle in more quickly.
Becoming More Yourself
Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about becoming yourself. In our work we look at the patterns that pull you away from that, like people-pleasing, over-functioning, or anxiety, and make room for what you actually feel and want.
I draw on somatic awareness, parts work informed by Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, and person-centered therapy.
Practical Details
Therapy is held online, so you can join from home, a parked car, or any private space in Newnan or anywhere else in Georgia. You need to be physically in Georgia during our sessions. Sessions are 55 minutes and $200. Limited sliding scale options are available, and I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
