Online Therapy in Marietta
From the Marietta Square to the trails of Kennesaw Mountain, Marietta holds a lot of history. So do the people who live here. Therapy can be a place to understand the history you carry inside you.

Patterns With Roots
Many of the patterns that bring people to therapy started long ago: the role you played in your family, the ways you learned to keep the peace, the habit of putting everyone else first. They made sense once. They may not serve you now.
My undergraduate study in Child and Family Development and my training in Bowen Family Systems shape how I look at those patterns, with curiosity and compassion rather than blame.
How We Work
Sessions are online and unhurried. I draw on somatic awareness, parts work informed by Internal Family Systems, Gestalt attention to the present moment, and mindfulness. The aim is not to become someone new, but to become more fully yourself.
You can meet from home, which many people find makes it easier to settle in.
Practical Details
Therapy is held online, so you can join from home, a parked car, or any private space in Marietta or anywhere else in Georgia. You need to be physically in Georgia during our sessions. Sessions are 55 minutes and $200. Limited sliding scale options are available, and I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
You can start with a free 15-minute Connection Call. It is a chance to ask questions and notice whether talking with me feels right, with no commitment.
