Online Therapy in Atlanta
Atlanta moves fast. Between the traffic, the long workdays, and everything else a big city asks of you, finding an hour for yourself can feel impossible. Online therapy removes the drive and leaves the hour.

Therapy Without the Commute
Anyone who has sat on the Connector at five o'clock knows that getting across Atlanta can take longer than the session itself. Because Present Life Counseling is a telehealth-only practice, you can meet from home or another private space, and give yourself a few quiet minutes afterward instead of rushing back into traffic.
That matters more than it sounds. Sensitive, busy people often skip therapy not because they do not want it, but because the logistics tip them into overwhelm.
What You Might Be Carrying
Big-city life can reward people who are always on. You may be successful on paper and quietly exhausted, the one everyone relies on, with a mind that will not stop analyzing. Or you may be in the middle of a transition: a move, a breakup, a career change, children growing up.
My approach is unhurried and growth-focused. We look at the patterns that keep you stuck with curiosity rather than judgment, and make room for what you actually want.
Practical Details
Therapy is held online, so you can join from home, a parked car, or any private space in Atlanta or anywhere else in Georgia. You need to be physically in Georgia during our sessions.
