Online Therapy in Georgia
Online Therapy in Albany
In southwest Georgia, finding a therapist who fits can mean a long drive or a long wait. Online therapy brings the right fit closer to home.
Online Therapy in Georgia
Access Without the Distance
I practice fully by telehealth, so you can work with me from Albany or anywhere along the Flint River as easily as from Atlanta. You meet from a private space where you feel at ease, and there is no drive before or after.
In smaller communities it can also be hard to find a therapist you will not run into at the grocery store. Online therapy offers a little more privacy.
How I Work
My approach is warm, grounded, and a little woo-woo. I blend body awareness, mindfulness, and parts work informed by Internal Family Systems, within a humanistic belief that people do not need to be fixed. They need space to unfold.
We might explore anxiety, grief, relationships, or a transition, at a pace that feels safe.
