Online Therapy in Georgia

Online Therapy in Decatur

Decatur is a walkable, curious, community-minded place, home to Agnes Scott College and a lively downtown square. It tends to attract thoughtful people who like to ask big questions. So does my practice.

Online Therapy in Georgia

For the Question-Askers

Many of the people I work with have done the reading. They are self-aware and emotionally curious, and they want therapy that goes beyond symptom management. They want room for philosophy, meaning, and the bigger picture, alongside the practical work of changing patterns.

My training is in humanistic and transpersonal psychology, and my work blends mindfulness, Eastern philosophy, and body awareness. It is grounded, not abstract.

An Affirming Space

I work with adults of many identities, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients. I will not assume I understand your experience. I will ask, listen, and follow your lead about what matters.

Online sessions let you meet from home, somewhere you can be yourself without an audience.
