Online Therapy in Athens

Athens holds a special place for me. I began my own studies at the University of Georgia, where I had an extremely hard time passing Psych 101 and changed my major to Child and Family Development.

A Nonlinear Path Starts Somewhere

Looking back, that switch made total sense. I was too early in my own journey to know there were different schools of psychology, and the one I met first did not fit. Years later I found humanistic and transpersonal psychology, and the words to describe how I actually see people.

I share that because many people in Athens are in the middle of figuring out what fits, whether that is a major, a career, a relationship, or a sense of self. It is allowed to take a winding road.

What We Might Work On

I work with adults of all ages, from people in their thirties to those in later life. We might explore anxiety, identity, relationships, grief, or a life transition, always with curiosity rather than judgment.

Sessions are online, so you can meet from home without an extra trip across town.
