Therapy for People Who Have Done a Lot of Therapy Already

You know your patterns. You can explain where they came from. You have done the reading and maybe years of therapy. And still, something has not shifted. That is not a failure. It may be a sign that you need a different kind of work.

When Insight Stops Being Enough

Emotionally intelligent people often understand a great deal about themselves. Yet insight alone does not always change what happens in the moment your nervous system senses threat. The body learns through experience as well as explanation.

If most of your previous therapy was talk-focused or structured, you may have built a great deal of understanding without the felt sense of change that you were hoping for.

What Can Be Different Here

My work brings in the body through somatic awareness, parts work informed by Internal Family Systems, Gestalt attention to the present moment, and mindfulness. It is less about analyzing the pattern again and more about meeting it as it happens, with enough safety to try something new.

I have also trained in NARM for relational trauma, Bowen Family Systems, and Integral therapy, which give me different lenses on patterns that other approaches may not have reached.
