Present Life Counseling is a telehealth-only practice. You can meet with me from Valdosta, from a private space at home, without a long drive to find the right fit.
One note: because I am licensed in Georgia, you need to be physically located in Georgia during our sessions, even if you live close to the state line.
What the Work Looks Like
I work with adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and break patterns that keep them stuck. That might mean anxiety, burnout, a relationship, grief, or a season of transition.
Sessions are unhurried and collaborative. I will not hand you a script or tell you what to do. We look for the intelligence in your patterns and the next step in your growth.
Practical Details
Therapy is held online, so you can join from home, a parked car, or any private space in Valdosta or anywhere else in Georgia. You need to be physically in Georgia during our sessions. Sessions are 55 minutes and $200. Limited sliding scale options are available, and I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
