Online Therapy in Carrollton
Carrollton is where I found the words for the work I do. I earned my master's degree in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology at the University of West Georgia.

Where My Approach Took Shape
Before West Georgia, I felt a huge need to bring more of the human experience into psychology. There I finally found language for it. Humanistic psychology sees every person as a unique individual with their own free will and capacity for self-actualization, and that view still shapes every session I hold.
It is a particular pleasure to work with people in the place where that began.
What Therapy With Me Is Like
Sessions are unhurried, collaborative, and grounded. I draw on person-centered, Gestalt, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches, along with parts work informed by Internal Family Systems. We work with your patterns, your nervous system, and the questions you are asking about your life.
Because I practice online, you can meet from home in Carrollton without a drive.
Practical Details
